1666: Amsterdam Characters — Noa, Aaron & the Companions
Two characters, two radically different playstyles — one wields witchcraft, the other has four paws. Here's everyone we know about and what's still unannounced.
Updated Aug 24, 2026
The voice cast has not been officially announced, despite regular 'voice actor' searches. This section will be filled in as casting is revealed.
Noa Brooklyn — The Collector
Noa was born The Collector, raised by the Zaindaris for a purpose she did not choose: taking back the power the Originals have abused for centuries. She commands witchcraft and spellcasting, and her birthright frames the entire game.
Aaron — the cat from 1999
Aaron Long-Smith is a modern-day professor whose consciousness is flung 300 years back and trapped in the body of a cat. He sees the world through four paws: different routes, a different perspective, and the game's second playstyle. Together with Noa they are "one" — a union the Prologue asks you to choose a companion for.
The Zaindaris and the Originals
The Zaindaris are the witch lineage that produced Noa. The Originals are immortal entities who have lived among Amsterdam's citizens for centuries, granted time and power, hiding behind human faces. The conflict between the two is the engine of the story.
Companion choice
In the Prologue you choose the companion who walks beside Noa. That choice changes the closing scene; whether it affects the full campaign is not yet known.
Voice cast
No official voice cast has been announced. "1666 amsterdam voice actor" is a frequently searched query, so this section is a priority gap we'll fill the moment casting is revealed.
